Terms and Conditions

A 50% deposit is required to begin work, or hold a date and the remainder is due is due one (1) week prior to item(s) being complete, or your event. 

We require (2) weeks design time any time after will be considered "RUSH ORDER"

We only use the highest quality products and techniques to build your decor, and will take steps to minimize the effects of the elements on your outdoor balloon purchases. Despite out efforts, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE ANY OUTDOOR DECOR WILL REMAIN PERFECT AND INTACT when purchased for outdoor use. Most decor is still subject to popping "frosting" or fogging /oxidation of the colors and/or moving from the wind. Rain/ mist will cause balloons to stick together and may cause popping. 

It is clearly understood that there will be NO REFUNDS, replacements or discounts if any balloons pop after we deliver/install them safely at your event.  Unfortunately we have not control over wind,rain,sun,temperature,or any other facet of weather. 

We highly recommend a shaded area for your balloon installation. If weather is over 80 degrees, we recommend no longer than 30 minutes for sun exposure. 

FYI: Clear balloons often turn cloudy due to humidity. Darker balloons often turn "frosty" this is also due to humidity.
